Roast Pork and Gratin Dauphinois
Océane has selected a nice piece of roast pork in the backbone, from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in France. A generous and melting piece, served with a meat jus. For a tasty and balanced dish, it is accompanied by a gratin dauphinois cooked with potatoes, gratinated with Emmental cheese and seasoned with a hint of nutmeg. A dish that is both tasty and delicious.
Potatoes 46% (contains SULPHITES ), roast pork 26% (pork loin, water, tapioca starch, salt, stabilizer: E451), water, EMMENTAL 4.3%, fresh CREAM 3%, MILK powder, EGG yolk, cassava starch, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, chicken broth (potato maltodextrin, natural flavors, chicken fat, spices and aromatic plants), dehydrated garlic 0.09% (contains SULPHITES ) , nutmeg 0.07%, coloring: ordinary caramel, garlic 0.06%, pepper, natural flavor, salt, dehydrated onion, turmeric. Prepared in a workshop using FISH and MUSTARD.
