Océane has selected for you a 100% pure beef minced steak from animals born, raised and slaughtered in France, which is cooked "medium" and served with a delicious cracked peppercorn sauce. For a tasty and balanced recipe, it is served with a melt-in-the-mouth mash, cooked with Emmental cheese and a touch of fresh cream.
