145g of meat used for the preparation of 100g of rosette.
Smoked bacon: Pork tenderloin (EU origin), salt, dextrose, sugar, spice extractives, smoke flavoring and/or flavourings, preservatives: sodium lactate, sodium acetates, sodium ascorbate, potassium nitrate, sodium, ferments.
Coppa: Pork loin (EU origin), salt, dextrose, glucose syrup, spices, sugar, natural flavors, preservatives: sodium lactate, sodium acetates, ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite, ferments.
